Worth getting in touch about:

• A product on this site that is discontinued, out of stock everywhere, or has changed spec. Corrections are genuinely welcome and I would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
• A product you think should be covered, particularly if you have fitted it and have an opinion.
• Anything factually wrong. I will fix it and say what changed.
• Press, or a manufacturer who wants to talk. Be aware that I do not take payment for placement or for positive coverage, so if that is the ask you can save us both the time.

Not worth getting in touch about:

I cannot diagnose a fault on your boiler by email, and I am not qualified to. If something is leaking, not heating, or involves gas, you need a plumber or a Gas Safe registered engineer looking at it in person, not a website.

Nick Jolliffe. 16 years running plumbers merchants across the south of the UK, then a couple more with an independent merchant.
