When we receive a successful order through our website, we automatically send out a “thank you for your order” email. However, please note that this email does not guarantee that we have the item in stock. While we strive to keep our website updated with current stock levels, there may be rare instances where the item is unavailable. In such cases, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to offer an alternative product or to process a refund.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any item on our website at any time without prior notice.
On very rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to cancel an order and not fulfill your purchases. If this happens, we will refund you the total value of your order as soon as possible.
Pricing
The prices listed on our website include VAT at a rate of 20%. Please note that prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust any of our prices at any time without prior notice.
While we strive to keep the prices on our website updated at all times, there may be occasions when prices are incorrect. In such cases, we may choose to honour the original price displayed on our website, but this decision is entirely at our discretion. If the price difference is significant, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price. At that point, you can either reconfirm your order at the new price and pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund. This does not impact your statutory rights.
We provide a straightforward delivery system, and the costs for postage and packing will be clearly outlined before you submit any payment information.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. Transactions from overseas will be processed at the current exchange rates at the time of purchase, and we accept no responsibility for any resulting fluctuations in exchange rates.

Availability
While we aim to keep the website up to date at all times with current stock levels, due to the volume of sales which we handle there may occasionally be errors. If we accept an order from you which subsequently we are unable to deliver due to availability issues we will refund you the full amount of the order or offer an alternative.
From time to time we will offer special offers on certain products, all offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
We ship to destinations both inside and outside of the UK, offering a variety of delivery options at different price points. If you are receiving an order at an address outside of the UK, please be aware that import duties may apply. Lion Spirit Media t/a Plumbing Hub is not responsible for these duties; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Free delivery is available for orders that exceed a specified value, but this offer is limited to standard delivery within the UK. Please note that there are no discounts applicable to special or overseas delivery options. Standard orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or other courier services as indicated on our website. We reserve the right to change your selected postage service to another of equal or higher quality if necessary; however, we will never downgrade your chosen delivery option unless you instruct us to do so. While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot be held accountable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely receipt of your goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or disappointment stemming from slow delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We do not consciously aim to mislead anyone about our products; any such instances, while regrettable, are purely accidental, and we will not be held responsible for misunderstandings. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any inability to provide our services due to major events, including but not limited to war, flooding, or acts of God.

Returns
To make this process as straightforward as possible, we have designed our return policy to be simple and clear. Please note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Products
We take every possible step to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. To receive a refund or replacement, the item(s) must be returned to the postal address below within 28 days of receipt. Please check with us first before sending anything back.
If you are returning a faulty product or one that arrived damaged, please consult with us first. In many cases, we won’t require the damaged item to be sent back; often, a photo of the item will suffice as proof, allowing us to issue your refund or replacement. If you send a damaged item back without our prior approval, please note that we will not reimburse the postage cost you incurred.
Unwanted Products
If you change your mind about a purchase after it has been dispatched, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Ensure the item is unused and still in its original packaging, where applicable. We will happily refund you the price you paid for the goods, provided they are not personalised.
If you are returning all items from your order, we will also refund your standard postage costs in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations.
If you are returning products simply because they are unwanted, you will need to cover the return postage costs. We will only pay for return postage when items are being returned due to being faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is unused and in good condition (as it was when delivered to you), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to clear these funds, although it usually takes less time.
Please note that certain products are excluded from this returns policy. Any perishable or personalised goods will not be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to return your goods
Please return your items to the address below, ensuring you include either a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number and name, along with an explanation for why the item is being returned.
For your protection, we recommend using a secure delivery method, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature upon arrival. Please note that the items will remain your responsibility until they reach us.
